Chloe Garcia Roberts: the William Corbett Poetry Series

Chloe Garcia Roberts is the author of Fire Eater: A Translator’s Theology and The Reveal, published as part of Noemi Press’s Akrilika Series for innovative Latino writing. Her translations include Li Shangyin’s Derangements of My Contemporaries: Miscellaneous Notes, which was awarded a PEN/Heim Translation Fund Grant, and a collected poems of Li Shangyin published in the New York Review Books / Poets series. She is the recipient of a NEA fellowship for her translation of the novel Carne de Dios by Mexican author Homero Aridjis and her essays, poems, and translations have been published in such publications as BOMB, Boston Review, A Public Space, and Yale Review. She works as deputy editor of Harvard Review as well as a lecturer of poetry at MIT.
