To start using this studio, schedule an orientation with WCC Graduate Community Fellows, Talia Zheng at taliaz@mit.edu or Aditi Ramakrishnan at aditi99@mit.edu, who will guide you through the Public Speaking software. These orientations will take about 15-20 minutes, and will help you familiarize with the studio equipment and learn about the best modes for your project.

Register for a WCOnline account if you are a first-time user of WCC consultations and choose the schedule “Oral Communication Studio.” If the times of the open orientations do not work for you, contact Talia Zheng at taliaz@mit.edu or Aditi Ramakrishnan at aditi99@mit.edu to schedule at the time that is convenient for you.

To schedule your self-guided practice sessions, go to the WCC schedule and set up an appointment. The studio is open on Mondays through Fridays, 9-5pm, and is located at the Writing and Communication Center, 50 Ames Street, room 233H (the second floor). You will receive an automatic confirmation about your appointment and a reminder, which will include the code to access the studio.
