Soren Stockman’s poems have recently appeared or are forthcoming in The Iowa Review, the PEN Poetry Series, Tin House Online, The Literary Review, PHANTOM, H.O.W. Journal, Bellevue Literary Review, Prelude, The Paris-American, and Narrative Magazine, which awarded him First Place in the 2013 Narrative 30 Below Story and Poetry Contest. He’s the recipient of fellowships from the Ucross Foundation, the New York State Summer Writers Institute, and New York University, and served as Judge in Short Poetry for the 2015 West Virginia Writers Annual Writing Contest. Stockman works at the NYU Creative Writing Program, and as Program Coordinator for Summer Literary Seminars in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Tanya Liu grew up in Miami and is currently working in Boston as a strategy consultant specializing in life sciences. She is a recent recipient of the Lucille Clifton Scholarship for the Poetry Program at the Squaw Valley Community of Writers. She has also been published in Spillway and The Broken Plate for her poetry and in various scientific journals for her past research in neuroscience. She has degrees from Pomona College and MIT.
